Looks like not every minor understands that its a crime when a less than 21-year-old male or female is caught consuming beer in a night club and 20 year old Justin Bieber obviously didn't get the memo!
Bieber reportedly gulped an ice-cold Heinekin beer while him and Chris Brown partied at Bootsy Bellows in West Hollywood. But unfortunately, that single act has put the hottest celebrity nightclub in Hollywood - co-owned by David Arquette - in seriously jeopardy.
The club is permitted to admit people under 21 because it serves food but it CANNOT serve booze to anyone under 21. Well, the Biebs hands on a Heinekin that night puts the clubs license on the line.
The California Dept. of Alcoholic Beverage Control is aware of the incident and the club could be subject to a fine if they can prove the singer was drinking.
However, Law enforcement claims they're now going to step up undercover operations to monitor what goes on inside that ckub - Bootsy, even though the club has had a good record.
What! Cameras will be roaming that big celebrity club every night because they couldn't prevent a 20 year old boy from drinking a beer? Wait, which celebrity is going to that club after this? So here is the thing, so long as Biebs remains under 21, he's bad for club business! True or false?
