The hope of Chemical Sciences and other Departments going for service depends on Senator Liyel Imoke intervention.
The VC came back very late from Etung were he will bury his 90 years old father this weekend to address students who were waiting all day for him.
Infront of Dean students affairs, DVC academics and DVC admins he put a call across to former NYSC state coordinator now in NYSC office in Abuja to Consult if she can sneak in the available result (Master list) to Abuja tomorrow morning, but the lady inform VC not to sneak in the list.
She advice VC to talk to State Governor who will inturn talk with Director General NYSC who will be coming to flag off an event in Calabar. She assured VC that the DG NYSC will accept CRUTECH list provided the state Governor intervene and talk to him. So the VC in turn promise the students that he will talk to Sen Liyel Imoke when his back from his dad burial on Sunday.
He said his 100% sure the State Governor will intervene. The VC said this will be the last time result will be delayed in various department under his administration.
Meanwhile Chemical Science List is among the ones now available for Abuja movement when the green light is on.
