Even after his mom, mentor Usher and manager Scooter Braun tried to help him in Panama, Justin Bieber is reportedly now smoking his life off in his new Atlanta home. Close friends to the star have revealed he is constantly high.
According to gossip site TMZ, "Justin has had an alarming problem with sizzurp for well over a year, and he's been a big fan of weed for a long time. But since moving to Atlanta, we're told he's "constantly high" and rarely leaves his house."
Other reports claim the 19 year old Confident singer is "Drinking more lean, smoking more weed than ever." It's likely he has no schedule and no rules in Atlanta as compared to his former LA home where he had a schedule set up by people connected to his business.
He has also allegedly shut out people he says have "ratted" him out over his drug use [could that include his mom, Selena Gomez and Usher?]
According to TMZ, the Baby crooner is rarely sober during his frequent studio sessions in Atlanta where he's reportedly making hip hop music. And the thing is ... that's his personal definition of the rap game.
