She recently paid tribute to daughter Blue Ivy in the song God Made You Beautiful.

And now, Beyoncé has given her only child - who turns two on January 7 - the starring role in newly-released single Blue (Featuring Blue Ivy) off her visual self-titled album, which was released online on Thursday.

'It could last forever; Come on baby won't you hold on to me, hold on to me,' the songstress sings in the melodic tune.

While so far only snippets of the accompanying clip have been released, the genetically-blessed youngster is seen being held in her doting mother's arms as she strolls barefoot along a beach path.

The video, which is said to have been shot in Rio de Janeiro, features a beautiful tropical vista complete with local children playing a dancing in the streets and on the beach.
