Happy mothers day! Fathers and kids: Recipe for the best pancakes in the world. Buttermilk is the secret. These are thinner than normal. Pancakes:
Preheat griddle.
stir together:
1 cup of flour
1/2 tsp. of salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp. sugar.
stir together:
2 cups of buttermilk (sometimes i substitute half yogurt or 1/4 sour cream)
2 eggs.
4 Tbs melted butter.
Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients.
Drop small pancakes on the hot greased griddle (I used clarified butter)...
