Majid Michel, Belinda Effah, and Chigozie Atuanya, star in a new movie titled Jafar, which was shot in 2013. The movie was produced by Okey Ezugwu of Oakfil productions, and it was directed by Ikechukwu Onyeka (A Private Storm, Mr and Mrs). Also in the movie are Mary Uranta, Mary Igwe, and Shirley Igwe. Synopsis
Naima Toure is an ambitious, intelligent young woman with a beautiful spirit. Raised in a lower class family, living hand-to-mouth was the norm for Naima and her family. Her parent work in a factory and save up every dime to send their only daughter to a college several miles from home. Jafar is the story of a young woman's struggle and determination to regain her lost innocence and pride, to let the world know what happens behind Jafar's wall and of course, per adventure, stand in the gap for millions of woman all over the world that has been subjected to sex slavery against their wills.
