Why is a dead man still dragged to court for sexual molestation?
The Michael Jackson estate has been sued for sexual molestation by a man who claims the superstar sexually abused him from the time he was 10 until he clocked 15!
According to The Daily Beast, this latest claim was added on to the lawsuit filed by a certain Wade Robson last year; but the site reports the claims are being made by James Safechuck, who appeared as a child alongside Jackson in a 1987 commercial for Pepsi.
Safechuck previously denied being sexually abused by Jackson, but after Robson made his claims public last year, he also decided to come forward.
There were rumors about Jackson's relationship with Safechuck in the late 80s ... the singer was often seen with the young boy following their commercial together ... including the opening performance of "The Phantom of the Opera" with Liza Minnelli (see picture above).
The Estate has already objected to Robson's claim because it was both suspicious and filed too late. Now we are so sure they might want to turn this one down too.
BEN Latest News Fans, isn't it weird that Jackson is still being sued after his death?
