Apple has released yet another build of the OS X Mavericks 10.9.3 beta to developers this week, according to MacRumors. The newest build, dubbed 13D33, is the fifth version of the beta sent to developers in the past month, including version 13D28, which Apple seeded last week. As is typically the case, the new build is available to developers through the Mac App Store and Mac Dev Center.
Like with Mavericks 10.9.3 beta build 13D28, Apple is asking developers to focus on graphics drivers and audio, as well as Safari, Apple's Web browser. The OS X Mavericks 10.9.3 beta includes support for 4K displays, offers Retina display resolution settings, and adds 60 Hz support for the MacBook Pro with Retina. These features were spotted in the first beta build.
Last week, Internet advertising network Chitika reported that OS X Mavericks has been adopted by 40 percent of U.S. and Canadian-based OS X users since it was launched back in October. However, those numbers have varied slightly from one stat tracker to another. For instance, Net Applications indicates that adoption was at 45 percent in February.
It's currently unclear when the final version of OS X Mavericks 10.9.3 will be released to the public, but we doubt that the wait will take much longer.
