The Kenyan star keeps moving forward with her goodness!
Lupita Nyong'O at The Ellen DeGeneres Show
Lupita Nyong'O continues to carry her talent and fashion sense across America and recently the Kenyan actress was on The Ellen DeGeneres Show to talk her short way to the prestigious Oscar Awards; where her film, 12 Years A Slave has nine nominations.
Lupita burst onto the scene with her unforgettable performance in the film and has continuously won awards at major award ceremonies and covered pages of top class fashion magazines.
Talking to Ellen about her new found fame, the actress revealed she doesn't visit news stands where she could possibly see her face on covers. She only had a chance when she was on transit one time and totally lied to the sales man that she wasn't the black girl on the cover of THR.
Dishing on her rumoured relationship with actor Jared Leto, Lupita jokingly said, "I thought Miley Cyrus broke us up!" adding that "rumours are so detailed that I sometimes start to question if I really did it."
Although she never scooped on who she'll be wearing at the forthcoming Oscars, she said its one of the best days of her life.
