The 21-year-old singer drops major cash to get the look that she describes as "white trash and Chanel." Last summer, she needed two people to help her carry her bags after one epic Chanel shopping spree.
"Miley has assembled a formidable collection of new and vintage Chanel that's worth tens of thousands of dollars," says Cameron Silver, found of LA vintage shop Decades.
"And it's only going to be worth more every time she sticks out her tongue," he jokes.
